It was a beautiful hotel overall, with attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the receptionist was particularly helpful in resolving a minor reservation issue promptly, showcasing excellent customer service. the hotel's amenities, including the pool and comfortable beds, contributed to a pleasant stay. the location was ideal for our dining plans, with easy access to nearby restaurants.
